This week I am in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 “Pray without ceasing.” No matter what is going on in our lives, never stop praying. Sometimes it is easy just to pray when times are hard or if we need something, but we also need to talk to God about all the good stuff too and thank him for all the blessings He has given us. I think about my relationship with Jesus as if he were my friend here on Earth. Would I want my friend to come to me just when something was wrong? I definitely would want to know when times are bad, so I can help, but I also would like to celebrate in happy times.

This week’s journal entry was very quick and simple. I used washi tape, floral trim, a printed verse image,  punched flowers with sequins, and a ribbon flower paper clip.
