Hello Everyone!
It’s time for a little sweet treat! I used a Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie mix along with a few other ingredients and made these yummy Peanut Butter Brownies! Scroll down for a printable recipe card.
First you will need to gather your ingredients:
Then you will need to mix together the egg, oil, and water until thoroughly combined.
Add in the dry mix and beat until everything is combined, stopping periodically to scrap the sides if need be. When using a mixer the blade will knock the chunks of chocolate to the sides of the bowl causing a thumbing noise, just a heads up. Then you will want to pour it into a lined and sprayed 8 x 8 pan.
Now onto to the peanut butter mixture! Combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract, mix until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture on top of the brownie mixture and use a knife to swirl it into the mixture.
